| i've said this loads of times (in so many accounts)
but i am gonna say it again (why? because i want to!)
Allen-crappy. shoot. i he's british. the one dubbing him's not. i've imagined loads of times is he would be british and it kinda sucked but the one dubbing him sucks more. i mean "you know what? you're a jerk" what kind of line is that?? he sounds childish and immature (not in a cute way)
Kanda-don't get me started. what kind of 18 year-old sounds like that?
Lavi-mkay i guess but they could have done better. (he sounds too young to me.)
Lenalee- she doesn't sound cute at all. i don't like her that much but she doesn't really sound good. she sounds disrespectful somehow. punky too.
Road, Reever, Cross and Lala- okay. i could live with it but they could have done better... (road's song in english kinda sucks though.)
Earl- he doesn't sound adorabley evil. he sounds ....big.
Lero- annoying. he was annoying in the jap dub but in a cute way. now he's just plain annoying.
Komui and the Clown Akuma, Hevleska too- spot on. cool.
jerry- sounds weird.
Translations: suckish!!
where'd beansprout go??!
what the hell is shortstack???!
sir komlin....it's komurin darn it!
song translations, not so good so far.
(these are just my opinions. sorry if someone doesn't agree.)

Allen sounds immature, but not in his usual way. It's like rude immature. >:C
Did you know the voice actor for Edward Elric, Vic Whats-His-Name, was going to be cast for Allen but since the two characters are so alike they casted someone else. ._.?!
And Lenalee was never cute, but her voice should at least fit her character design. :I | |

"English DGM rant" is more like "English voice actor bash".
Everyone's entitled to their opinion, but the whole "American voice actors suck" steriotype is getting annoying. Don't get me wrong; you don't imply it, but it's always posted somewhere when Funimation gets the license to an anime and start to "american-ize" it.
Might as well bash Funimation; they ARE the ones who licensed yur precious D Gray Man. They've had Soul Eater for a few months and already they picked the wrong voice actors for the protagonist.
