pale skin and black eyes. She has a slender figure and is slightly thinner than most attractive females and is at the height of 156cm. You can only see the brown colour of her hair under sunlight, but at times, it may appear as highlights.
Personality: When you hear her name, the first thing that comes to mind is a sweet, innocent girl, but in fact, she's the total opposite. Michiyo is overall
boyish, in both appearance and personality. She likes to skateboard and play basketball, but she is only able to play those sports once in a while. She prefers to wear pants over skirts and sneakers over sandals. She is also
talented as she is able to play the piano and guitar in which she taught herself to do so. Michiyo also knows to rap and dance as her friends taught her how to do so, so she trained herself to freestyle and her dancing enabled her to fight as well. She is also quite fond of drawing as well.
Michiyo emits a
mysterious aura, but at the same time, she is a
carefree person who lives life as it is. When she was still schooling, Michiyo was quite
popular among her schoolmates, mainly because of her appearance. Many girls thought of her as a guy and confessed their love to her. Michiyo is a "
playboy" is a sense because she finds it amusing that they like her because they thought she's a guy, despite the fact that she wore a female uniform.
She's really
random and somewhat
strange in her behaviour and habits, which scores her the
cute factor. One of her habits is when she gets nervous, she tends to bite her bottom lip and bounce up and down like a bunny asking for food. During conversations, she'll suddenly say something random like "cheese". Lavi calls this moments the Michi Condition, because her moments are full of
fail. Her mind is full of
creativity and she will think of weird or crazy stuff.
Michi is a
calm person, but once she loses her temper, it's hell for the person who angered her. Whenever she thinks about the tragedy that happened before, she'll remain silent and she'll suddenly start laughing out of the blue, followed by tears. She's so used to masking her true feelings that she wavers in between her inner self and outer self and when it happens, she normally stones and becomes like a lifeless doll. Michi is
predictable, at the same time,
unpredictable. She can read the feelings of one by simply looking into their eyes, which adds to her charm. Also, she definitely has some
spunk in her.
Abilities: She is able to manipulate and control the elements depending on her surroundings. For now, she is only able to control the basic elements such as fire, water, earth and air. Her eyes changes colour according to the element she is manipulating or controlling. She will gain more power over more elements in the future. Because she dances, she's flexible and is able to defend herself through physical attacks. Ever since young, she has been able to see spirits and that means she can also see Akuma souls and her eyes would normally turn hollow, making her appear as if she's lifeless.

Health: She suffers from low blood pressure and insomnia, which is dangerous because she could feel faint anytime and pass out.
History: Michiyo's style is a mix of Japanese, Korean and European styles and is fond of wearing hoodies and caps. It depends on the the occasion, but other than that, Michiyo is normally seen wearing jeans and t-shirt. Her exorcist uniform is similar to the second version of Lavi's uniform. Like Lavi's uniform, the top is the same (with a hoodie), but instead of long white pants, she wears black pants that ends just above the knee and instead of boots, she wears low cut sneakers.
History: Michiyo is unable to live a normal life because of her health ailments, so her parents had slight trouble bringing her up, especially her mother as they suffer from the same condition. Her older and younger siblings, Shinn and Mayu, do not have such conditions and thus, they are able to live a normal life. Michiyo was also born with the ability see spirits and such. General Marian Cross took a great interest in her because of this ability, as he suspected that her ability may be the same as another student of his (who happens to Allen). Michiyo's Innocence hasn't been awakened yet, so he didn't do anything, but he monitored her.
When Michi was eight years old, her Innocence finally awakened. Her ability to manipulate the earth was seen when she walked past a bunch of dead flowers and they were alive once again. Her ability to manipulate water was seen in school. When she walked past the water cooler, the water suddenly spurted out at some random kid. Her ability to manipulate fire was when she walked past a class that was conducting experiments and the room suddenly started to smoke and her ability to manipulate the air was seen during her skateboarding, when she suddenly boosted ahead of all her friends.
Cross then decided it was time to take matters into his own hands as it'll be a matter of time because the Akuma will be alerted to the presence of her Innocence. One night, he stole her away and trained her in secret. He did this fortnightly and her training regime continued for two and a half years. Her parents gave her an MP3 and a set of headphones for her eleventh birthday, but that was last present from them, because the next day, the Akuma came, in hopes of looking for her and when they couldn't find her, they simply wiped out her entire family and her friends. (It was with her very often that it became her gear) Devastated, Michi asked General Cross whether he would take her under his wing, but to her disappointment, he refused, but she remembers that Cross told her to train herself and she's ready, she'll go to the Black Order.
Luckily, it was only that part of Seoul that was attacked, but the news decided to classify it as a massacre. Up till today, even when Michi went into Black Order, it still remains unsolved, because the actual cause of the massacre was Michiyo herself, because they were after her Innocence.
Weapons and Gear: Michiyo is always seen with a MP3 with her and a pair of headphones around her neck. She always fights while listening to music because it boosts her, in a sense. Without it, her Innocence becomes weaker, therefore taking a longer time to defeat the Akuma.
