Michi stopped eating her food for a few moments to think of an answer.

"Well, I haven't stayed long enough to know yet, so I can't give an exact answer," she replied with truth in her words. Well, technically, she was only there for a few hours and she already got banged up.

"Aish, sorry for causing you so much trouble."

"Aah, it was no trouble.." *Kaele said in an optimistic tone, interrupting Lenalee.* "It was my fault for picking fights and not helping you with the level two~."

*Allen glanced up at her through his bangs.* "Don't take all the--"

*Kaele shoved the bread loaf into his mouth further, causing him to cough and spit it out. She smirked as he wrestled her down to the ground playfully.*

"Hey! Hey, no fights!" *A finder exclaimed, obviously not knowing their relationship.*

"Attention whores." *Lenalee muttered apathetically. Kaele sat back up at the table, having heard Lenalee's remark. Allen pushed Kaele's back into the table, having stole Kaele's smirk from before.*

"So're you with your short skirts, hypocrite." *Kaele told her with sass, hoping everyone would catch the hint that she was joking.*

"What?" *Lenalee asked in a shocked tone, pulling her skirt down. Kaele's face went pale.*

"Uh, I didn't mean it like that it was a joke! Sorry." *She exclaimed, trying to cover her butt.*

"Awkward." *Allen commented, laughing a little.*

Michiyo chuckled at the innocent atmosphere surrounding them. She kept a close on Allen, wondering about something.

Master Cross said something about a boy with a similar ability as me. Is it Allen and his ability to see as well?

Unconciously, she asked out loud, her face showing signs of reluctance.

"Allen Walker, did you study under Marian Cross or something like that...?"

*His first thought; Why does everyone say my full name? His mind's chibi face; (;___;)*

*Kaele giggled a little at Allen and his ability to always catch that minor detail. (And her semi-ability to read his mind.)* "Allen and I were both pupils of Master Cross." *She explained with a smile. Her face turned into a grimace, along with Allen's.*

"... And I think we still are his pupils, technically." *Allen added on, slowly beginning to eat his food again even though he looked sick.*

"Don't be so melodramatic, you guys!" Lenalee exclaimed with a giggle. "Cross wasn't that bad..." *She trailed off as the two glared at her, remembering her own experiences with the womanizer.*

"Did that answer your question, or do you have another?" *Kaele asked innocently.*

"It's okay, ask whatever you like. I won't be offended." *Allen said in the same tone.*

"Oh, really?"

Michi was half surprised, but when she saw their expressions, she chuckled once again. "Well, I guess he treated us like his servants, huh?" Michi said, her smile turning into a slight frown. "But Master Cross was nice to me, despite the fact that I looked like a boy."

"The reason I didn't train with you was because he trained me in secret," Michi explained before they started asking any questions. "There was a...massacre, in a part of the capital of Korea. My Innocence had awakened and they were after me, but when they couldn't find me, they wiped out everyone in that area."

Her face showed no remorse or sadness. Michi was good at masking her feelings.

"I assume that Cross didn't want to attract their attention, though."

*Kaele gasped at what Michi was saying, putting her fork down slowly as she'd lost her appetite for the moment. She tried to think of times when Cross had left Allen and her to fend for themselves, which as she remembered was a lot it seemed. Her fingers twitched at her memories, best forgotten. Lenalee patted the back of Kaele's hand reassuringly. Kaele silently pulled it away with a smile, feeling embarassed.*

"What sort of... 'Training' did Master do with you?" *Allen asked seriously, emphasizing 'training' because he didn't believe Cross was that good of an exorcist trainer even though he'd learned a lot.*

*After a moment, Kaele couldn't help but giggle at the remark and ruin the mood, her mind being in the gutter. Allen rolled his eyes and stole a chunk of rice as punishment. She pursed her lips and stole a meatball. He took more rice. She took a dango. Eventually, Lenalee put a small sorbet bowl on both of their plates to make them cut it out.*

"He treated me like a girl," Michi said. "He took me around the country to develop my powers. He would teach me a thing or two and whenever those people come after him for their debts, he would normally allow me to sit on his shoulder."

Michi then grinned and continued eating her soba, being amused by the expressions on Kaele and Allen's faces.

*Kaele and Allen gasped at the same time after hearing the last bit, coughing on their food. Allen hacked up his noodles quite easily while Kaele had a chunk of egg stuck in her throat.*

"Wh-what?!??" *He exclaimed, still coughing a little. After a moment, he helped Kaele dislodge the egg chunk.*

"Haah, how the he-- Haah... He carried you on his SHOULDERS???" *Kaele exclaimed, having been quite and huffing before.*

"That's so unfair!" "Really!" "I'm a girl too!" "What the hell?!" "Master picks favorites!!" "Like I would want to sit on his shoulders anyway." "He always picked on me!" "Me too!"

*The two began exclaiming things about Cross and the 'favorites' issue. After a while, it wasn't clear who was saying what, since they were both speaking at the same time.*

"SHUT YOUR MOUTH, MOYASHI//ITACHI!!" *Kanda exclaimed, referencing to both Kaele and Allen. They were quiet immediately. (Allen was secretly plotting revenge, of course.).*

"That is profoundly unfair." *He stated after a moment, in a very polite tone.*

Michi scowled at Kanda's rude remark, but then again, everybody's rude, one way or another. She laughed at the childish antics of Kaele and Allen. A wave of nostalgia washed over her, followed by tiredness. She put down her utensils.

"Hey guys, I'm going back to my room. I no longer have any appetite."

With that, she left the food court.

*Kaele giggled, but noticed Michi's eyes dull in thought, dulling her own laughter. When Michi got up to leave, Kaele wasn't all too surprised. She'd gotten hurt in her own memories too, afterall.*

"Michi?" *Allen asked, not having noticed. But by the time he had asked, she was gone. He clicked his jaw as he stared out the window at the low light of the sunset, already over.* "What'd she do that for? Did we say something wrong?"

*Kaele shrugged with a weak smile, placing her tray on top of Allen's cart gracefully as not to tumble everything. She walked lithely over to Allen, laying her arms over his chest and placing her chin on the top of his head. He immediately turned red, facing her with a "WTH??" look on his face.* "I want to go walk around and tell stories. Anybody want to come with me?"

Michi proceeded back to the infirmary in search for her precious headphones and MP3. When she asked the head nurse where it was, she gladly handed it back to her. It was slightly scratched from the battle before dinner, but at least it still worked.

Turning it on, she decided to listen to one of the songs by SHINee and continued on her way to her room, where she ran into Lenalee and Lavi on the way.

"Oh, hey. What's up?"

*Lenalee smiled, clasping her hands in her lap.* "Oh, we're fi--"

"Great, Michi!" *Lavi exclaimed, smiling from ear to ear. Lenalee giggled, smacking his arm.*

*Meanwhile, Kaele, Allen, and Jian were walking around the elevator hall, around the various floors. Allen and Jian felt slightly awkward, both being Kaele's best friend, but in different worlds. (They both felt they were superior.) She gasped, remembering something.*

"I have Lavi's bandanna!" *She exclaimed while Jian was attempting to teach Allen Cantonese. She grabbed both of their arms, heading off to where he'd say he would go with Lenalee.*

"Well, that's good," Michi replied, forcing a smile onto her emotionless face. She wanted to simply brush past them as if it were nothing, but she didn't wanna be rude, but she felt extreme tiredness. Her shoulders felt heavy, like there was something pressing down on it. She then heard the vague voice of Kaele from behind her. They were coming, she knew

"Neh, I'm tired," Michi told them. "I'm gonna go back to my room to rest, kaes?" As she was about to walk away, Lenalee grabbed hold of her hand. Confused, Michi turned around and looked at Lenalee.

"Michi," Lenalee started. "I have a message from my brother. He says he wants to send you for your first mission soon."

"Huh?! So fast?!"

Lavi then explained, "Well, the head of this place is her brother. He saw what happened at the battle just now. To be honest, a mere beginner couldn't have beaten that Level Two, but you did. Your power range should about Allen's power range. It may be a coincidence, it may be not, but both of you...your abilities are similar. Now we know that you and Allen are the only Exorcists who can see Akuma, most likely you will be the Earl's interest as well."

Michi stayed silent.

"Is that a good or a bad thing?"

"KYAAAAAAHH! <3" *Kaele exclaimed, tackling Lavi to the ground. Lenalee glanced over at the two, feeling awkward and intruded upon. Allen freaked out.*

"Aah! Sorry everybody!" *He exclaimed, prying Kaele off of Lavi. Lenalee let go of Michi, grabbing Kaele's arm. Feeling that it was someone who could get her in trouble, Kaele released her grip on Lavi and allowed Lenalee to pull her up. The atmosphere became ominous.*

"Kaele~. This is not the time for football, ne?" *Lenalee said menacingly with a big smile while ゴs were visible behind her. Kaele bent her knees, sinking to the floor until Lenalee walked back over to Michi. Allen, Lavi, and Jian were thoroughly creeped out.*

"Uhm." *Allen mumbled, remembering Michi's question.* "Not nesessarily either. You get to save many people and their souls, go to many exotic places, meet--"

"But, Allen, aren't you targeted a lot by Noah's and the Earl, pretty much all of which are hundreds of times stronger than yourself?" *Lavi sang again, becoming the devil's advocate. Kaele sighed.*

Michi remained in silence for a few more moments before she finally spoke.

"Well, then let him get me," she declared. "If it's meant to protect the people around me, then yes, I am willing to sacrifice."

Lenalee then hugged her and reassured her, "Don't worry. You've got us."

Loud footsteps were heard and the sound of someone skidding around the corner.

"LENALEE?! WHY ARE YOU HUGGING THAT BOY?"

Michi saw that everyone had faces of terror on their faces.

"Komui?!"

As expected of someone who met me the first time, Michi thought to herself.

"Hey, idiots. Could you shut the hell up before I skewer you to pieces?" A rough voice demanded. "You're noisy."

Michi got irritated at his rudeness and his lack of respect. First, he screamed at them (more specifically, Kaele and Allen) and now this. Without warning, she separated herself from Lenalee and charged at Kanda, giving him a whack on the head.

"You deserve it, you arsehole. I'm not scared of you, don't see the point of being scared either."

"Go Michi!" *Allen exclaimed with a smirk, pumping his fist lazily. Kaele became a mirror, except she was practiacally flailing.*

"My sweeeeeeeeeet Lenaleeeeeeeeeee!!!!" *Komui sobbed, clinging to Lenalee's waist. She smiled, almost grimacing as she tried to undo her brother's grip.*

"Please, nii-san, Michi is a girl.." *She told him weakly. He became quiet, only hiccuping once.*

"R-Really?" *He asked, letting her wipe his eyes.*

"Yes, really. Go on to work, okay? I'll bring you coffee soon." *Lenalee told him while shooing him off. He smiled as he walked away, sticking his thumb in the air. Komui gasped, beginning to walk back to the group, remembering why he came.*

"Get the hell off of me, you faggot!" *Kanda exclaimed, flipping Michi off with his elbow while unsheathing Mugen.* "Now, all of you..." *Kanda scanned the circle around him with Mugen, pausing over Allen, Kaele, and Michi with the sword-tip on their nose.* "Shut the hell up before your blood polishes Mugen."

*After a moment of silence, Kaele and Allen couldn't help but giggle. Under their breath, they both murmured sarcastically,* "Oooh~ scary!"

"Ooh, I'm so scared," Michi said sarcastically, her eyes rolling and then a smirk appeared on her face. "Go ahead. Kill me. I'm not the one who is gonna suffer the consequences. Oh, did I mention you look like a female with anger issues?"

She could hear suppressed laughter. Kanda then turned his sword towards and she took the chance to remove the sword from his hand. She twisted his arm so that he couldn't move, and he fell onto the ground.

To be more specific, ON HIS KNEES.

Michi slammed a foot to her head. "Geez, seriously...anger issues."

((I'm evil, and I wanted to make it more interesting. XD))

*Kaele and Allen were bright red, holding their breaths as they collapsed to the floor in suppressed giggles. Lavi was doing the same, he straggled over to Allen and Kaele barely able to keep his balance. Kanda glared at the three from his position on the ground. Lavi smirked.*

"No, Yuu~chan, I don't go that way." *He sang mockingly.*

"But Lavi, wouldn't that mean you're gay?" *Kaele sang, leaning her neck towards Lavi's. He frowned, shaking his head. Allen burst out in laughter. Lenalee smacked all three on the head to shut up.*

"Lenalee! Don't hurt your hand!" *Komui called, running up. Kanda glared at them all before pulling his legs out from underneath him.*

"Che." *He muttered.*

As Kanda walked out of sight, the other three still remained laughing. Michiyo turned to Komui and bowed slightly. "Annyeong haseyo. Chornun Michi imnida," she introduced herself in Korean. She then realized her mistake and quickly introduced herself in Japanese.

(( Komui is Chinese, right? xD ))

"Uh." *Komui mumbled, not knowing either languages she spoke in. Jian seemed confused also, but he understood a little Korean. Kaele butted in, understanding the Japanese part.*

"Say 'hajimemashite.'" *She whispered towards Komui. He nodded, his mouth opening as he pulled his neck up.*

"Haji mo mashite, Michiyo!**" *Komui exclaimed with a big smile. Kaele sighed, laughing a little.*

"You know what he meant." *She mumbled between giggles.*

Michi was dumbfounded at his mistake, but she slowly nodded her head, signaling that she understood what she was trying to say.

"Hajimemashite," she greeted back and then paused, thinking of how to greet him. She gave Kaele a look which screamed Who is he?

*Komui grinned larger when Michiyo replied, understanding him. Kaele glanced over at Allen, who said something very quietly while leaning towards Komui. He gasped, almost knocking his glasses off his face.* "I'm Komui Lee, Supervisor of the Order. Now before I give you your mission briefing, Helvanska needs to analyze your Innocence,...."

*As Komui kept talking, Kaele smiled at Allen and then at Michi, hoping the new exorcist was more comfortable around her now instead of remembering the Jealous-Kaele she'd met originally.*

When Komui told Michi that he was the supervisor of the Order, she immediately bowed down once again, respecting him. She was then told that she needed to see this Helvanska.

"Come, fellow me," Komui said, leading her by pushing her from behind. Michi turned back to look at her new found friends.

*Seeing Michi look back, Kaele raised her hand into the air and ran forward, thinking the new exorcist wanted them to come along.* "We're coming too, Komui-onii-chan!"

*Allen and Komui both glared at her confusedly.* "What?"

*Komui sighed with a laugh, moving on. Kaele skipped behind them, dragging Allen along, who had already figured it was Kaele, so. Yeah.*

*Komui pushed Michi onto the floating elevator, waiting to throw the machine down until the two observers boarded. He pulled the lever down, the elevator flying down so fast the passengers were floating for a moment. Komui laughed when he noticed Kaele and Allen had already grabbed onto the side bars before he'd descended.* "Anyways, Miss Michiyo, Helvanska has been with the Black Order for over 100 years. Every single exorcist has been inspected by her, plus a prophecy for what that Innocence and its user will accomplish. Are you curious to what your's is capable of?"

Michi nodded in agreement and she thought through stuff, and frowned slightly. She may be capable of what the Black Order does, or she may be capable of destruction. Whatever it was, her thoughts ended when the elevator came to a stop.
