*Allen's eye reacted before the girl even came out, but he didn't worry much. Jian noticed and panicked, jumping back with Kaele still in his grip. Allen sighed, slicing the akuma easily with one swipe. Takeru and the guards gasped, thinking Allen had sliced the princess.*

*They were silent, for a moment, but then they realized the real Yan was still okay. A minute after the akuma had imploded, it was still quiet. Allen grimaced awkwardly, hoping he hadn't stepped over a line.*

"WHAT THE HELL??" *Takeru screamed in Japanese, grabbing Allen's collar and lifting him off the ground. Jian stepped back, not knowing what to do.*

"What if that had been the princess?! You're under arrest, kid!" *The guards exclaimed, also in Japanese. The two big men each grabbed one of Allen's arms. Takeru let him down and the guards gripped his arms tighter so that he wouldn't get away.*

*Allen was confused and sort of scared. (Normally he wouldn't be, but he didn't understand anything they said, so in his eyes, it made it much worse. That and he couldn't gamble his way out.)*

"What the hell is going on? ... Ittai nani desnano? Shen me shi di yu?" *Kaele mumbled, slowly waking up. She said the phrase three times, with a short pause in between each language as she remembered which languages to say.*

"Kaele!!" *Allen exclaimed on the verge of tears. Kaele narrowed her eyes at the guards; not understanding why Allen's eyes were teary, but determined to give the punishment for it.*

"Mouchido itte yo... Ittai nandeska?" *Kaele asked, emphasizing the question. The guards pulled the sides of their mouths up, not understanding why a teenage girl was being so offensive. But they couldn't deny that she was a little scary.*



Translation :: I'll say it again... What the hell is going on?

*Yan went over to the swings again after Kaele woke up, she wanted to play her flue again but she thought that it would be the same as before, though she wanted to be heard her vice would just be a whisper to them as it's always been*

*Takeru noticed that Yan wasn't around as he turned is head side to side, looking "Yan-chan?" He whispered to him self. He then turned around to see Yan looking up at the sky as her flue in her hands, on her lap. Takeru blushed as her started to walk to her*

*As the guards and the gaijin quarrelled, Takeru walked over to Yan slowly. The sounds coming from her flute sounded warped and melancholic. He didn't understand why she seemed so off, especially when some of her friends from that Black Order had come by. (He'd heard a lot of stories about those people.)*

"What's troubling you, Yan-chan?" *He asked, sitting on the swing next to her.* "And don't give me an answer like 'there's nothing wrong' because there is, I can tell." *Takeru glanced over at her with a clever smile, then looked back at the cold iron chains he held onto as he swung lightly in the breeze.*

*Yan played her flue a bit be for Takeru came over*

*She then stopped just be for he asked his question "I just think I should try harder. . . "Yan said though that wasn't what bothered her*

"Try harder...?" *Takeru asked, his legs slowing to a halt as he was in thought. His smirk left his face as he stared at the bare dirt under his shoes.* "That doesn't fit the melody, you know."

*He looked at her with his serious, dark brown eyes. His black hair shone like onyx in the dimming sunlight, his eyes only visible from underneath the black curtain of bangs only by the glitters in his irises. Takeru tried to smile at what he'd said, but it didn't seem as funny anymore.*

*Yan looked at him slightly then looked at her flute again while blushing a bit then sighed making sure he didn't know what she meant*

*Takeru sighed, not understanding Yan's actions a lot of the times. He wished she would just say it sometimes, instead of thinking all the time.*

"Could you tell me the lyrics someday?" *He asked while gripping the cold chains, hoping she could understand the metaphor. His shoes scuffed the dirt, little clouds puffing up from the ground and moving east-ward with the breeze.*

*Yan smiled "I will some day" She said in a nice tone as she looked up at the sky again, then back at Kaele*

*Takeru smiled weakly at his shoes, then noticed the girl who was running over to them with the British boy and the Chinese guy following. He groaned. Those idiots are ruining my mood.*

"Yan! Yan, how're you doing?" *Kaele exclaimed in Japanese. The guards followed uneasily, having been coerced into letting the annoying girl talk to the princess.*

"Kaele, bu yao na me da sheng shuou hua." *Jian scolded her. Kaele smirked over her shoulder at him.*

Translation :: "Kaele, don't talk so loud."

*Yan understood the boy "it's okay" She replied in Chinese to him*

*As they got closer 'I'm okay, how-" She then felt her hard stop for a moment then she continued "-how about you?" Yan asked as she felt pain and started to tremble a bit. She tried to act like nothing was wrong*

*Jian was slightly speechless when the girl replied to him in Chinese. He didn't think a princess would care to learn any other country's language other than their own. He sighed, trying to push Allen into a bush as they followed Kaele and the guards.*

*Kaele heard the pause, as did Takeru and Allen. Kaele was about to say something when Takeru blurted out in Japanese;* "Yan-chan! Are you okay? What's wrong?!"

"Un. Daijoubuka, Yan?" *Kaele asked in a solemn tone, much different than her excited voice before. The guards were even more surprised.*

"Ojou-sama, do you wish to return to the palace?" *The guards asked in very polite Japanese while taking Takeru's hands off of Yan's shoulders. He glared at them, jerking his wrists out of their grips and then placing his hand between her shoulder blades. The guards didn't take notice.*

Translation :: I'm fine. Are you okay, Yan?

*Yan looked at Takeru giving him a look that said 'please take your hand off my back' She then looked at Kaele, then at the guards "today would not be a good day to be at home" She said thinking of the past as she looked at Kaele*

*Tears of blood came from the corners of Yan's eyes as well as the crosses on her arms also started to bleed but, she didn't know. Takeru then remembered the first time he saw this, it was the day she tried to save Ying, but had failed. He flipped out*
