Techniques:
Cat's Cradle: creates thin strings of ice and creates a net or a web, often times in the design of the child's game it is named after, to catch/disable Akuma.
Quick Silver: Using the Cat's Cradle, Shirayuki sets various traps. Should the Akuma get stuck in any of them/ touch/grab the strings, on her command, all of the strings wrap around the Akuma, forming a sort of cocoon before exploding/imploding. Results vary depending on level of Akuma. Needs a source of water and a wide area to execute.
Mizu Houko( Lit. translates to water walk ): Allows her to walk on water.
Izuna Drop: She tosses the enemy up into the air and attacks it in a rising arc with a large blade of ice before slamming the enemy back down into the ground with the blunt edge of the blade.
Heaven's Drive: Shoots up large icicles from the ground.
Tempest: It's similar to Miranda's Time Out technique, but is offensive and does not heal/take away the wounds of those affected. Sets up a small barrier of frozen particles of water around herself and other team mates. If an Akuma touches it, it will induce severe pain and freeze the limb that touched it. Can only be kept up for a limited amount of time and is very tiring. The only way to tell it's active is the soft blue aura that surrounds the ones being protected.
( I intend to make more techniques and such along the way, since this is all that I can think up so far. : P )
Equipment:
Wears plain white finger less gloves. Usually has a book-bag-like rucksack that contains first-aid and other helpful knickknacks with her on missions. She always carries around a pocket watch with a lotus engraving on it. The hour and minute needles seem to never move, but the second hand ticks away.
Innocence:
Parasite Type-Freeze Blink-It gives Shirayuki some-what-heightened senses as well as a little power and speed boost. Unactivated, the innocence takes form two crosses embedded on either of her wrists. When activated, it turns the area of her arm below her elbow black. Her hands emit a sort of "mist" and gives her mild control of water and lets her form ice from water, as well as the moisture in the air( she can't create large amounts from the water particles in the air, though.). She can attack from close and mid-range, but the farther away from a target she is, the less likely she is to hit, and she prefers hand-to-hand combat. If her innocence hits an Akuma, that area of the Akuma will freeze, inducing pain.

Past:
One could call her a "test-tube-baby" since she was one of the guinea pigs for the Synthetic Disciple Project* that occurred a long time ago. She was one of the few 'failures,' however, she wasn't 'disposed' of since it was found that she was compatible with an innocence that she had swallowed by accident one day. She found comfort in being with/near Yuu Kanda who was also one of the subjects of experimentation and has learned to get along well( or as 'well' as you can get ) with him, she was also apprenticed by Froi Tiedoll alongside him. She's one of the few people that could give Kanda a run for the title of 'most vicious' but she'd much rather make friends than enemies. She stayed in the Asian branch, with the occasional transfer, for most of her time as a part of the Order and was recently moved back to HQ.
Personality:
Shiryauki is usually silent, though polite towards strangers and will treat them with respect unless she feels they don't deserve it. To those of whom she's comfortable with she's warm and friendly, and more than a little motherly. As for those who have earned themselves a spot on her hit-list...? Well, let's just say she's the type to hold life-long grudges, and that she's as violent as Kanda, if not more. Her temper is infamous for lashing out on hapless idiots who get on her bad side, but she is, surprisingly, very much the ideal mother-figure to a select few and a martyr( ...sometimes… ). Shirayuki will go out of her way to save people’s asses, knowing how deep the shrapnel will probably pierce her behind, if it does at all. She’s the person you’ll want to go to with your personal problems. She’ll listen and might even give some advice. While she doesn’t seem to talk much, she is anything but the quiet type; she just doesn’t talk unless she feels like it. Also, the cold front she puts up will melt away eventually after she warms up to you, if she does at all. She often has a big sister approach of "No one can mess with them but me" when it comes to the ones she care about. She's got a minor case of bipolarity and can be a bit moody. These are probably side effects of her earlier years...

Other Information:
Shirayuki has a tendency to switch between speaking in singular and plural when referring to herself( which will probably drive most people up a wall ). Perhaps it's a side effect of the Bipolarity...? She's also blind in her right eye, which is why it doesn't bother her when her hair falls in her face.

Awh, gosh, thanks. A friend of a friend made the icon and sent it to me. It was very nice of her. ;> And I didn't draw Tyki, as much as I wish I did, my friend sent me the image and I messed with it in Photoshop. :B
