And the way her makeup should always match whatever outfit clads her petite body.
She stands at a 5'7'', years of martial arts and kickboxing leaving her body at an average, toned and a bit muscular. Though once very thin at a young age. She's always been short, her brothers and own mother towering over her at least a couple inches. Devon was mistaken for being ill once, her complexion was so light.
She mostly keeps her hair simple, most times, down and wavy, to being a mess of curls, other times(if she wasn't lazy) would be straight and flat. Or if she felt unique, she would add a few braids or just one. Devon has her hair cut into many layers, colour black, or brown, with a red tint if under light. At one point she was a blonde, and kept it at a style where she was mistaken as a boy.
Her wardrobe can be colourful, to all black to just a mess of neon rainbows. But, to be able to move more freely when in battle, Devon would wear skirts and tight shirts or sports bras. This would be before she got her uniform from the Black Order - even then she would procrastinate a bit and decide not to wear the required garments. On a normal day out her outfits would be something as simple as tight jeans and band t-shirts, or simple dresses with colourful stockings, and heels and converses.
Devon's eyes are an unusual colour, their hue a brown-crimson. As happy and stubborn as she may seem, her eyes hold a much different story.Personalities, Likes, and Dislikes
Devon has an odd personality. Some others tell her she has multiple. She comes as a shy and quiet individual around new people, or a boy she likes. Around others who she knows, Devon is completely different from her modest trait. Which consists of being loud, impatient, stubborn, hot-headed, sometimes selfish, and sometimes rude. She has good qualities, as well. Creative, smart, funny, comforting, protective, persistent, strong, cute, and quirky. Over her childish demeanor, she can act mature for her age(most of the time..), being only sixteen. She just tries to have fun and make the best of her life, she doesn't want to act like an adult all the time yet.
As it was said before, Devon can be quite a tomboy. Throughout her childhood, she's always been part of the guys, being the only girl in a family of boys.
She loved to fight in her younger years, now she only fights if needed be. She's not completely sporty, but does like to be active on some days. Like a male, she eats.. A lot. Devon would sometimes challenge Allen to an eating contest. She acts bold and tough around strong enemies, when truly she's scared, but gives it her all despite this, Devon never shows, nor likes to show fear or weakness on assignments. She is very competitive. To some foes this is admirable.
Devon is always caught either reading, drawing or sleeping. Sometimes even on the job. When she was younger, before the Black Order even became one of her priorities, she dreamed of being a famous artist and/or writer. She considers music her life as well, singing to herself sometimes, if caught, she would go into a fit.

History
Devon was born into a normal family, with a mother, and two older brothers, Christopher the oldest, and Nickolai the second. Her father, as she was told, is deceased.
As a child, Devon's small family had financial problems, having hand-me-downs from her siblings, though this was completely fine with her. Even though she was female, this never stopped her from following right behind her brothers, joining in all of their activities, where she learned boxing and martial arts. Having no interest of what other little girls her age would be occupying themselves with.
At the age of thirteen, she was given news that her mother had disappeared, leaving her in her brother's custody(Them being 18 and 20). Without a mother, Devon started acting out more when she would be around others, starting conflicts and disobeying her older peers. Later at some point she just stopped going into public all together. Giving her brothers a hard time for a year until she had turned fourteen. Within these years, without their mother, Devon started to act more feminine, to attempt to fill in an empty void. She requested more skirts, dresses, anything a girl would wear, make up, she even decided to grow her ridiculously short hair out.(This is what became of her now.)
At fourteen, walking back home one day, she and Nickolai were both attacked by a mysterious AKUMA. Trying to protect his sister, Nickolai has died. Now only Devon and Christopher remained.
A few months later, now fifteen, Devon has learned about the AKUMA, and the Earl, and the only ones who are capable of stopping them was the Black Order. Devon wanted badly the revenge on the evil, to avenge her brother's death, and her mother's possible disappearance. Christopher declined at first, already losing his mother, his brother, he didn't want to lose his sister too. But, knowing there wasn't anything he could to to change her mind, he soon gave in and gave her support.
Over the next year, receiving intense training, Devon set off for the Black Order after just turning 16. Where she now resides, with her new friends Allen Walker, Lavi, Lenalee, and maybe Kanda Yuu.(but this will all happen a little later)
Innocence and Abilities
Innocence Category: Weapon/Equipment
Devon's innocence consists with special gauntlets that gives her immense strength, that channels through her body, allowing her punches and kicks to give maximum damage to an enemy. These special weapons were given to her by her brother, who said that this belonged to their father once before he passed. But this also has a negative factor. The innocence drains her of the energy that is put into the force of her attacks. The stronger the attacks, the more she will lose. If too much she could also lose her life. So a dial was built into each of these anti-AKUMA devices, set with levels(or percents), the critical point is at 100%.(and if there is already an Innocence like this I will be SO mad. >:c Worked hard to think this up.)
