...the simple version:

I was using my cousin's internet/ electricity while I was staying there. And he's going to move, so he had the electricity turned off (emergency electricity is on still though). So until I get it all under my name, I have to go online elsewhere so I don't run up the bill when I get it put under my name.

......thats the other part.....I need to get a job before I can get it under my name.........and then there are other difficulties before I can get a job........

My uncle lost his job and has to live with my dad now, and my dad is having a hard time getting enough money to pay for his house, so I sorta feel bad for people who are in trouble... :c
