Cafeteria Chaos

White fumed but rolled the words over in her head.

That's a pretty sound idea, see! Grey said. White gave a resigned sigh, letting go of Tionne's collar and letting his head drop to the floor.

"Alright, but where are we going to find a guy who'd be willing to pretend to be your boyfriend?" White asked.

We could ask Allen? Grey suggested.

"No way, that kid wouldn't know how to walk his way through a relationship," White said, her anger showing through her words though her face seemed relatively calm.

"Well, what about Lavi or Krory?" Tionne suggested. When Bookman and White just looked at him funny, he said ''Well, think about it; Lavi is an outrageous flirt, and it's highly believable. And Krory is so shy and sweet that I'm sure it's believable as well."

"Well," White started, "Lavi is definitely the more believable one out of the two...Krory...isn't he still trying to get over that Eliade woman?" White cocked her head to the side, trying to think of possible solutions.

"Right now...Lavi is DEFINITELY the best out of the choices available..."

Tionne nodded, remembering the escapade where he'd heard about Krory loving an Akuma named Eliade, who was also in love with him.

"Okay, then it's decided! Lavi it is...if that's ok with you, Bookman." Tionne said hastily, hoping he didn't offend the elder Bookman. "I see no problem with this, as long as no attachments are formed from this." Bookman replied coolly, but also a hint of warning evident in his voice.

White nodded her head in agreement, "Last time I saw Lavi was in the cafeteria! He helped me leave and get past a swarm of exorcists!"

She turned around to look out the alcove and make sure there weren't anymore rampaging, hormonal exorcists. "Okay, we're clear, let's go!" she said, exiting the alcove. The second she did she came running back, looking pale.

"I stand corrected, there's a nice little mob of them still out there," she said.

Tionne paled before an idea struck him; pulling out his gun, he fired a few Flare Bullets at the mob, which captured the exorcists in large blocks of what looked like cubes of Jell-O. "Run for it!" he yelled before tearing off towards the cafeteria. "I don't know how long those cubes will last, so move or lose it!"

Bookman sighed before trotting off after the pale-skinned acrobat, while he yelled over his shoulder "Miss White, I suggest moving!"

"Y-yes, Mr. Bookman!" she shouted, scampering after the two to the cafeteria. She stared back in fear at the mob before picking her pace up.

Best. Day. Ever! Grey cheered in her mind. White frowned.

"For you, not for us victims of your actions," she complained, relief flooding her system when she saw the cafeteria doors approaching.

The trio soon arrived at the cafeteria and spotted Lavi talking to Jerry about food; Tionne ran towards the red head and said "Willyoupretendtobemyboyfriend?" in a rapid rush of jumbled words and panted breaths.

"Um, what?" Lavi asked, not able to comprehend what Tionne said; normally, he'd be able to understand the hyper-active ball of sugar rush, but this time was different. "Will you pretend to be my boyfriend to get rid of this mob? And please say yes; I'm in a serious pinch here!"

When White entered the cafeteria she took one look behind her and desperately shut the doors, struggling with keeping it shut. She turned her head to look at Lavi and Tionne, Lavi looking shocked.

"Just say yes!" she yelled. "I don't think I can keep this door closed forever!"

Here, let me! Grey shouted, taking over. With his added strength, he pressed forward more to keep the doors shut.

Lavi, nodding his head just to try and get the gist of it all, said "Um, ok?" Tionne yelled "Great! Now Grey, when I say now, open those doors." Bookman looked at the acrobat and said "Are you nuts?! The whole idea was to avoid being lynched by that testosterone squad!"

Tionne just grabbed Lavi and said "Trust me, this'll do the trick. Okay...NOW!" before dipping himself into Lavi's arms and kissed him passionately. The mob burst in right at that moment, the collective group seeing the two lip-locked.

Grey looked at the two, then at the flabbergasted mob, breaking down into a half-maniacal laugh. "You should see your faces!!" he hollered, clutching at his sides. Even White was giggling madly in their head, the shocked faces of the male exorcists too funny to pass up.

"Genius, pure genius," he said. "I must savor this scene, plant it into our memories and tell Champion to not eat it."

Glancing up, Tionne saw everyone's face and said "Oh, too bad boys; Lavi here beat you to the punch. Well, thank you, Lavi <3! I enjoyed our kiss!" Before skipping off towards the counter and said "Hi Jerry; got anything you'd recommend for lunch?"

Lavi sweatdropped at all the male's faces; they looked furious. "GET 'IM!" one yelled before everyone dog-piled on him. Bookman sighed and asked the acrobat "Do you realize you made my apprentice's life hell?" Smirking, Tionne said "I know; but you told me no emotional attachments are to be formed, and judging by those sounds, there's nothing to worry about."

Grey walked over to Tionne, patting him on the shoulder, "That, good sir, was the best fun I've had in a long time. Thanks for livening up my morning some." Grey gave a cheeky grin, only to have his eyes distracted by another female exorcist with...ahem...nice assets.

"Hellooo, beautiful," Grey said, approaching her. "How have you been this fine day?" He picked her hand up and kissed it delicately, his charm coming back on.

Don't you ever learn? White asked, but Grey ignored her.

"Oh, I've been fine," the woman said.

"Well, how about I treat you to lunch?" Grey offered, guiding her past the pile that consisted of angry male exorcists and Lavi. Life was good today~.

After hearing the sounds of Lavi's desperate cries for help, Tionne sighed, pulled out his gun and fired a single round into the air; everyone froze and looked up at the acrobat.

"Will all of you just stop and grow up for once?! Seriously, I was only kidding when I kissed Lavi...and I don't want anyone fighting over me like I'm some object at a sale!" Growling, he said in a demonic voice "And if I didn't make myself clear, Roulette will have a new practice dummy for training..."

Looking disappointed and scared, the group of exorcists got off of Lavi and dispersed. Grey looked up from his lunch with the woman exorcist, frowning.

"Tionne~," he sang from where he sat, "if that was all it took to stop them in the first place then why didn't you do it?"

Cause? White supplied, earning a snort from Grey.

Smiling sweetly, Tionne said "It wouldn't have been any fun otherwise." Blowing a kiss, Tionne said "So, Jerry? I'll have an order of saffron rice, fried chicken, and some stewed apples; to drink, a glass of sweet iced tea, and for dessert...chocolate chess pie!"

Grey frowned, "Where does he put it all? He's not even a parasitic type...Though I shouldn't be saying anything." In front of Grey was nothing but a bowl of minestrone soup, some bread for dipping, and a glass of water.

Yeah, we never ate much anymore once Champion came along, White said. Which is strange for a parasitic type...

"So, what do you do for your hobbies?" Grey asked the lovely lady before him. She blushed slightly and after a few moments muttered an excuse to get up an leave. Grey pouted, "I put on the charm too thick this time...damn..."

Or maybe she remembers this morning.
