I can't really get to a computer all that much and even when I do, I can't go here often enough, so I give permission to the following people to use my characters Ruusu and Tionne (WITHIN REASON!!!*):

I left North Carolina and I now live in Cali. Since then, I hardly get access to the Internet outside the public library, and even then it's for a limited time.
Any-hoo, all I need is for every I mentioned to basically just move me along whenever I don't post for three days in a row. Just, continue with your plots and whatnot, and then use "me" to do whatever ya need!

Okay...but I still don't like that idea of using your character even with permission . . . .
