Medical Wing 4 - Innocence Wing

*Sparks entered a security room pushing the stretcher with the man with no face on it. He was followed by an exorcist, a finder, and his two new assistanst, Yang and Kimiko.*

"Ok girls, this is the security desk to the Innocence wing. In order to enter the wing you have to pass through here." spoke Sparks before looking at the security guard showing him his badge, "They are all with me."

*The security guard nodded and pushed a button. A door on the side of the desk opened, and Sparks began to push the stretcher through it and down the hall. As soon as they passed the door, the area looked like a laboratory from a science fiction movie. There were large holding tanks along the side of the walls big enough to hold humans, super computers which seemed to be continuously blinking and beeping, and many monitors which appeared to be connected to the golems of the order. As they continued, they entered into another room with looked more like a standard medical room.*

"Ok, help me move him onto the table so we can see what we've got." Sparks told his two new assistants.

As yang fallowed them into the room, she had the felling that she was being watched, but as they entered the felling didn't go away.When they went into the next room Yan got really to lift the man when ever they were ready to.

*Kaele nervously followed the assistants and the stretcher she'd brought Masque to. They had taken his mask off, so the people walking by stared as they brought a man with no face to the Innocence wing. Her mind fluttered about as they went through a series of doors and suspicious hallways. She idly worried about herself having to be admitted to the infirmary, but she mainly worried for Masque's injuries. Oliver was as quiet as she was, and she was worrying about him, too.*

*When they reached the bed where they were going to treat him, the man who had been leading them told the assistants to help him move Masque to the bed. Kaele and Oliver felt unnecessary. She was wanting to ask someone if they could check her for wounds, while Oliver stood there awkwardly. (Not that Kaele was going anywhere; she was too shy to ask and too shy to walk around and get lost.)*

Kimiko followed Sparks, amazed at the strange instruments and large computers around. When he spoke, she nodded quickly and assisted the other nurses in lifting the exorcist onto an examining table. She was TRYING to ignore the fact that he didn't have a face, which was quite hard. She looked him over, from head to toe. He looked quite beat up. How on earth did he end up like this?
She then noticed a female exorcist standing to the side with a Finder. Is she waiting for treatment? Should I help? She wasn't quite sure if she should do anything; after all, this was her first day. She didn't want to mess up on a treatment and end up hurting someone. She almost shuddered at the thought, but she shrugged it away.
I'm over-thinking this. Don't over-react!

*Sparks, with the assistance of his assistants, lifted Masque onto the table.*

"Computer, please start scanning the patient." spoke Sparks aloud.

A sassy and sexy voice then returned with, "Please call me by my name, Sparks."

Sparks then grew slightly red as he spoke, "Ayane, please start the scan."

"Ooh, thanks, baby." spoke the voice as a feminine face grew from the ceiling and began looking at Masque from head to toe, a pink light illuminating from her eyes.

Sparks looked back at the others and whispered, "Sorry about her. She's made from the same technology as the Gate Keeper, but her creator was a bit...lonely."

"Don't talk about me like that." shouted a now angry Ayane, "You know I love you, baby."

"You love everyone who steps in here." said Sparks without remorse, "Now give me his status."

"Your so cruel, baby. His breathing is weakening, some of his body is suffering from previous crystallization due to cold temperatures, his body is bruised pretty badly. My analysis is that he appears to be suffering from hypothermia due to these symptoms." responded Ayane.

"Thanks Ayane, we'll prep him for the treatment." replied Sparks.

"There is something else, baby. I can't figure out how he breathes, but he seems to need help immediately." spoke the computer woman.

*Sparks looked at the man's blank face. He then looked toward Oliver.*

"Earlier, you said that mask was his face, right?" spoke Sparks

"Yes." Oliver replied, feeling somewhat useless before handing the mask over to Sparks.

*Masque's mask looked like it was in pain, its eyes closed and its breathe faint. It then started coughing slightly. Sparks looked curiously at the mask, not quite sure what to do. So, he attempted the only thing he could think of. He turned on a nearby ventilator and placed the breathing mask onto Masque's mask. It appeared to help because it looked like the man was now breathing steadily. Sparks wasn't sure how this was working, but it didn't matter. He put the mask onto a nearby table and approached Kaele and Oliver.*

"Ok, you two," spoke Sparks, "Tell Kimiko here everything that happened. Try to include anything that you think could be important. Yang, your with me."

*Sparks then grabbed the stretcher, started placing Masque back onto it, and began rolling him back into the hall.*

Kimiko blinked, a little surprised, but turned to the female exorcist and the Finder.
"My name is Kimiko, and I'm glad to be of service. Please tell me everything you can." As she spoke, she bowed politely then grabbed a near-by clipboard and a pen. She was trying to prepare herself, but reminded herself that she was probably going to have to remember a lot of things as well.

*As Yan was ordered to do some thing she eminently said "okay" and fallowed Sparks waiting of an order*

*Sparks rolled Masque towards one of the large tanks. He pressed a button on the machine, opening a hatch containing small pads attatched to wires.*

"Here. Place these on his vital signs while I set the machine up so we can keep track of how he's doing." spoke Sparks as he handed her the sticky pads.

*Sparks continued pressing buttons on the machine as he prepared the tank for Masque.*

"This machine should heal him fully since he doesn't seem to have had any contact with the Akuma virus." Sparks said as he carefully changed some appropriate settings on the strange machine.

*Inside of the tank, a chair rose up from the bottom of it, ready for someone to be seated.*

* Yan did what she was tolled wile sparks was talking she listened as she turned and saw a chair*
"who's going to go in the chair in the tank?" Yan asked sparks

*Sparks turns and saw that Yan had finished what he asked and smiled.*

"He is," replied Sparks, pointing to the faceless man, "Usually we have to put a breathing mask on him, but I don't think it'll be a problem this time."

*Sparks then picked up the man and placed him on the chair and strapped him in. He made sure the pads were securely on and carefully placed an IV into him from the machine. He closed the tank and pressed a button on the machine. It began to activate, causing a bluish water-like substance to rise from within.*

"Because he's a little beat up, he'll be in there a few hours. He's lucky, any longer with that frost bite and that arm could have had to come off."

"What?"Yan said in wonder wile being a bit of shock

*Kaele fluttered about the room, not really listening to anyone. She felt almost faint and sort of dizzy, but she tried not to show signs of distress. She felt that since she was an exorcist she would have to get over her light threshold for pain. A young girl named Kimiko asked Kaele to tell her about what happened in England, Kaele only able to understand the gist of what she said. She was having a hard time focusing on what words she wanted to use, and she was also trying to listen in on what the man named 'Sparks' and his assistant were doing to treat Masque.*

Uhm... *Huff* Oliver and I were... *Hah* Sleeping and we heard... *Kaele was pausing every couple words to breathe. She could feel her lungs getting heavy and her face getting flushed. She swayed unconciously.*

Is she okay?! *Oliver asked as Kaele had a hard time keeping her balance.*

Kimiko placed her hands on the exorcists's shoulders, keeping her steady, and examined her. Her breathing was heavy, and she looked like she might pass out. Her face seemed a bit flushed, and Kimiko carefully turned the girl's head side to side. She looked down at her body, continuing her quick examination.
"...There's no external wounds that I can see. It's most likely exhaustion. But we can't asume anything just yet."
Kimiko led the girl over to a chair and got her to sit down. They could get the story out of her later, but it would be no help if she was badly injured and unable to speak.
"Take in deep breathes, slow and steady. You have to try and stay concious for us, alright?" Kimiko spoke, looking at the Finder as a sign to watch over her.
She left the pair's side for only a moment, filling a glass with water and pulling some gloves on just in case. She walked back over to them and knelt down, watching the exorcist girl intently.

*Kaele watched as Kimiko analyzed her, keeping her steady. Even though the girl was young, she seemed like a pro. Kimiko decided to get Kaele to have a seat before she fainted, and made sure she took deep breaths and relaxed. Kimiko left for a moment to get some water and gloves. Oliver kept a watch over Kaele, who could feel the water in her eyes heat up.*

Kaele, what's wrong? You're going to be fine, along with Masque. *Oliver told her, attempting to calm her. She was just a kid anyways, it was perfectly acceptable for her to freak out after a mission such as that.*

I... *Kaele could feel the tears coming, but she tried to keep them back with her fingers.* I couldn't protect anybody, not even my friend in battle. Th-that's what exorcists are supposed to do! And now I can barely tell her what happened and I didn't even get hurt! I'm a shame to the Order...

No! No, don't say that Kaele! There was nothing anybody could have done for the town, and Masque brought the cold upon himself. And you kept me from harm's way, right? *He said, trying to make her feel better. Kaele weakly smiled at him and patted his hand. She mouthed 'thank you' to him as Kimiko came back.*

When Kimiko came back, she noticed tears welling up in the young exorcist's eyes. Feeling concerned, Kimiko handed her the glass and spoke to her softly.
"Are you alright? Do you feel OK...?"
She raised her hand and placed it on the girls forehead. She didn't have a fever...that was good. She pulled her hand away and gazed at the girl.
"Please tell me anything you can, and I will do everything in my power to help." She let a small smile creep up onto her lips, then continued, "But take your time. You need to calm down. Don't worry; everything will be fine."
Kimiko knew she shouldn't speak like that. How did SHE know that it would be OK, and on her first DAY yet? She decided to change the subject. Maybe it would help if the girl wasn't thinking too much about that faceless man.
"So...what's your name? I never caught it."

*When Kimiko came back and handed her the glass of water, Kaele took it with a hesitant smile.*

"Are you alright? Do you feel okay...?"

*Kaele wanted to nod her head, but she felt guilty and shrugged. She didn't even understand why she felt guilty.Kaele felt like she was trying to focus the attention on herself as Kimiko checked her temperature with the back of her hand, while Masque was on the verge of death. Kaele looked down at the clear glass of water sadly.*

*Kimiko went on to ask for any information she could give her, and also telling her to calm down. Kaele knew she was right, but she couldn't get the image of Masque's mask on life support out of her head. She was so obsessed with the image that it was making her head ache.*

*For some reason that Kaele didn't understand, the young nurse changed the subject without waiting to hear what Kaele was going to tell her about the England incident.* "So, I never caught your name. What is it?" *Kimiko asked with a warm smile.*

*Kaele was a little surprised, and had to think for a moment through the headache to remember her own name.*

M-my name? It's Kaele N-Nakamura. It's nice to m-meet you. *Kaele looked up to the girl and smiled. Oliver seemed pleased that Kaele wasn't as upset as before, but she still seemed troubled.*

*Sparks finished with machine and looked at Yan.*

"Don't worry, he'll be fine now." he said as he smiled, though in the back of his mind he couldn't help but wonder how his face got that way.

*As he turned to go back to the Ayane's room, he noticed the security door open, revealing two figures he knew quite well. A small child about the age of 10 ran into the room and hugged Yan unexpectedly while the older gentleman continued to walk at a steady place.*

"I'm Toshi! Who are you?!" exclaimed the little child excitedly.

Sparks put his hand to his forehead as he sighed, "Sorry about Toshi. He kinda gets excited around knew people."

*The other man came walked by Sparks and sat down by one of the Golem monitors.*

He turned in his chair and said warmly, "Oh, a visitor. We don't get those often around here."

"Actually, she's one of our two new assistants, Jacob." Sparks replied.



*Meanwhile Ayane watched as Kaele was upset and being comforted by both the new girl and the Finder.*

"Anything I can do to cheer you up, love?" spoke Ayane as her face violet and pink face appeared from the ceiling again.

*Kaele was calming down, and was even more relieved when she heard the man named Sparks declare that Masque was going to be okay. A little kid, maybe about 9 or 10, ran into the room like some kid hyped up on too much candy. When he screamed his name and asked for Sparks', Kaele jumped in her seat. She slumped back into the chair as their conversation in the other room got quieter.*

"Anything I can do to cheer you up, love?" *Spoke a soft female voice, in almost a... Sexy tone? Kaele looked around the room to see where the voice was coming from, and the only place she didn't look was up. She glanced to the ceiling and gasped. She suddenly had deja vu with the Gatekeeper.*

Uh... *Kaele mumbled.* I think I'm feeling better, but could you just make sure Masque heals in good time? I need to thank him for helping me retrieve the Innocence. *She smiled up at the creepy face in the ceiling.*

Kimiko stared up at Ayane, shrinking back only the slightest bit. It would take some time to get used to her. It would just take time to get used to everything! A small smile beamed on her face, and she turned back to the young exorcist.
"It's nice to meet you, Kaele-chan. I'm glad to be of service. Like I already said, my name is Kimiko."
She stood up straight for a moment, looking over at the monitors over where Masque was being treated. It was an odd machine that he was in, and she hadn't had a chance to take a good look at it. ...No matter. Her job was to take care of Kaele and the Finder for the moment.
"It's good that you're feeling better, Kaele-chan. Do you need anything else?"
Kimiko took another good look at her. The girl was bruised up, but there was definitely no sign of any wounds. And she seemed like she was doing OK.

((just remember the room Kaele and Kimiko is in is at the end of the hall.....Sparks and Yang and in the middle of the hall))

*Ayane looked down at the the little exorcist girl, batting her eyelashes.*

"I'll make sure he's looked after very well," responded Ayane in a sultry voice as the face disappeared back into the ceiling.

*As Yan was disrobed my the little boy Toshi she then turned around and went to his level "I'm Yang" she said with a happy look as she put her right hand on the side of his head "Nice to meat you Toshi" Yan said happily and nicely, she then looked over to Sparks ans said "no it's okay" then turned her attention to the boy again8

Toshi looked at her beaming and smiled, "Your the new Exorcist aren't you? I heard them talking about you in the Science Department when Komui asked me for some help on his math."

Sparks scrathed his head, "Umm...yeah, let me introduce you to these two. Toshi here is our Akuma Specialist. Don't be fooled by his cute appearance, his IQ is probably higher than Komui's."

*The little boy turned toward Sparks and stuck his tongue out at him, then he grabbed a swivel chair and started spinning in it.*

"He's the only human without Innocence who is immune to the Akuma poison. I'll talk to you about that--" said Sparks as he was interrupted by Toshi.

Toshi slowed down and looked at Yang a bit upset almost ready to burst into tears, "My momma was an exorcist. She died while protecting me. My poppa died too. My momma's blood is in me and saved me from the poison. We're trying to re-create my immunization in the lab, but its not working. *sniff* "

*Sparks didn't want to upset the young boy, but it was too late.*

"And this over here is our Field Analyst," spoke Sparks as he gestured his hand toward the middle-aged man who smiled gently at Yang, "He watches the Golem monitors to study the effects of Innocence and Akuma first-hand while Toshi and I do labwork. He used to work in the Science Department, but he got transferred here. It'll be much easier now that we have assistance, huh guys?"

Jacob looked toward Yang, "Hello Yang. Its nice to meet you. My name is Jacob."

*He then turned toward the monitor and began to watch the screen, pen and paper in hand recording every detail he saw.*

*when the boy had said that she wondered why were they talking about her "yes i am" Yan answered Toshi. When Toshi gave her an up set look she when over to him, when he was done talking she when down to his level again and " It's because you have to believe in your self and that people around you that we'll find that Answer" She said to him as she gave him an soft smile hoping he would cheer up. Yan turned over to Jacob and said" hello, nice to meat you" then turned over to Toshi again*
