odd places (Japan's Forest)

*Yan stood up, smiled "okay~" she said happily trying to hide her feelings then turned around and walked away leaving her blood sword behind by accident*

"Nnn? Okay." *Kaele replied, invoking her Innocence. She climbed up one of the surrounding trees and shot off of one of the branches, then found purchase in the couple inches above the tallest branches.*

*Kaele searched around, walking on what felt like a normal floor to her. Kanda unconciously followed her from below. (Neglecting to realize he was looking up her skirt.) All she could see was trees, a far-off city, and Mt. Hiei not far away. She figured that was the safest place to go.*

"Maybe if we can get to Mt. Hiei, we can rest for awhile and find a way out in the morning!" *Kaele exclaimed towards the ground. Kanda fumed.*

"We can't stay here, are you retarded?" *Kanda said bluntly.*

*Kaele narrowed her eyes at him.* "Pshhk. Fine. There's only, oh, 3 hours of daylight left? The closest edge of the trees is about fifteen kilometers away!" *She pointed her index finger accusingly towards Kyoto, to the west.*

"Then lets get moving." *Kanda told her, walking towards the exact place he came from.*

*Kaele fluttered down to the ground angrily, feeling like Kanda only wanted her to point towards a place where he could get away from them. She made sure Yan was following, and ran up towards Kanda.*

*Though Yan had fallowed she scanned the area carefully but had found nothing out of the ordinary but had the feeling of being watched from a distance*

"Hey, wait, I think... There's a little spring here, Kanda, you should drink something." *Kaele mumbled after awhile, wandering towards the sound of water flowing over rocks. Kanda stopped, but didn't follow. Kaele returned with a small container she'd managed to find in her uniform full of cold water. She took a drink, handing it over to Kanda. He hesitantly took it, wiped the brim, and took a drink also. He handed it back to Kaele, who handed it to Yan.*

"Want a drink?" *She offered. Kaele heard something in the trees, but ignored the sound.*

*"later" she said though she was a bit thirsty but then handed it back to her, then she turned around and looked at the area were the noise had came from she walked in it's direction and looked around again, as fast as she could she used her right hand and garbed a dark figures neck and whammed it agents a tree.*

"Yan?!" *Kaele exclaimed, hearing the thud of what sounded like flesh and bone. Kanda rolled his eyes and watched the two girls from afar.*

*Kaele ran in to the clostrophobic areas between the trees where Yan was standing with what seemed like a figure on the dark ground.*

"Who the hell is that??"

*Yan didn't look at Kaele "A in-poster" she said as she turned her head and looked at Kaele in the eyes wile blood dripped from the corners of her mouth, wile a dagger in her lower right part of her stomach "hes still alive just unconscious and wounded too" Yan said as she pull the dagger out wile making a low sound of pain*

"Ya-Yan???" *Kaele exclaimed frantically, running over towards her helplessly. A flash of anger crossed her pale face; Kaele glared at the 'imposter' as she asked,* "Did he do that to you?!"

*Meanwhile, Kanda was silently waiting for the girls. He debated leaving them, but them getting themselves murdered would only hurt the Order. He sighed, feeling highly annoyed.*

"yes, but I'm fine. . really"Yan said as she looked at the dagger, then her eye's widen with a bit a fear then threw the dagger at the ground "were is the finder?"Yan said trying to change the subjected*

"F-finder?" *Kaele asked, confused. She glanced around herself for any movement.* "I didn't know there was a finder here, I'm sure there's one in Kobe with Miranda..."

*"You know the one that I gave blood too" Yan said looking at Kaele oddly thinking why would she forget him because he was her friend*

*Kaele didn't know what to think except that whoever owned the dagger was who she was talking about. She opened her mouth, but instead she took her undershirt off and ripped it into bandage strips.*

"Here, let me clean you up, Yan..."

*Yan wanted to say something but, all she did was open her mouth and lift her arms up a bit and hoped that she didn't notice an odd colors with in her blood, though she found a bit of poison on the blade of the dagger*

*Kaele didn't notice the colors, but focused on cleaning the wound and wrapping it well. Kanda finally came over, inspecting Kaele's work.*

*He pointed to a red splotch on Yan's waist.* "Missed some blood there, baka itachi."

*Kaele glared at Kanda incredulously, her eyebrow raised.* "WHAT? Did you just call me a weasel??"

(hehe? yeah you did)

*Yan closed her mouth and put her arms down and looked at Kanda as he walked up to them "it's fine kanda not every thing is perfect" Yan said as she closed her eyes' and crossed her arms disappointing*

"Shut up, baka. You shouldn't have gotten hurt and let him get away." *Kanda accused bluntly. Kaele glared at him, her eye twitching with anger.*

"Just shuddup and enjoy the scenery, 'kay?" *She snapped, being slightly sarcastic. (The scenery was what all three grew up with, of course. And they weren't on any hills.)*

"Baka itachi."

(^.^; well, he must have found his was back to the order. by the way what dos Itachi mean?)
*Yan looked at kanda with anger "he didn't get away they right there" she angrily pointing to the cloaked man then crossed her arms again wile turning her head to the right a bit*

*The old man returned from the edge of the clearing, holding a dead wild boar over his shoulder, with a surprised look on his face.*

"I was coming back to check up on you youngin's and share some food when I heard a commotion. I thought you might have found a way out of here." he said in a hopeful tone

(( Itachi means weasel in this context. c: ))

*Kaele walked forward towards the old man, curious to see what animal was on his shoulder.* "Well, we did, but it's far away. Did you want to travel with us?"

"Che." *Kanda muttered, crossing his arms. Kaele halted; she glanced back at him, her eyes narrowed.*

*Yan looked at the old man as he had returned then suddenly felt light headed from the poison wile she leaded against the tree with a low thud sound then griped her wound trying to pretended that she was fine*

"Its good to see your feeling better." he said as he saw Yang fall against the tree, "But I think your friend there is sick now."

*He places the boar on the ground and walks over to her.*

"You don't look good. You should lie down." said the old man calmly.

"I tried to help..." *Kaele mumbled helplessly. Kanda was as uncaring as ever, and seemed more snappy since the man was back.*

"We don't need your help, old man." *Kanda told him in almost a growl.*

"Immature brat." mumbles the old man to himself as he helps Yan lay down on the ground.

*He then notices the odd color of her wound.*

"What caused this wound?" asked the old man, pointing down to it as he looked back at the two, "It wasn't the brat's carelessness with that sword of his, was it?"

"I'll cut you in half, old man!!" *Kanda muttered, his hand on mugen. Kaele grabbed onto Kanda's arm with blue flames enravling her fingers, squeezing the limb until he released the sword. Kanda glared at Kaele, and then back at the man.*

"Uhm, I believe she was stabbed by a dagger that some stranger had a while back. But she left the weapon and, uh, we didn't really worry much after I put a bandage on it..." *Kaele mumbled, fumbling with her fingers. She felt unbearable guilt for letting Yan continue on with her injuries. She hoped she wasn't too badly infected or something of the sort.*

*Yan's breathing started to get heaver while stated to get a high fever but was surprised that the old man saw right threw her, Yan looked at kanda as he got angry at the old man but she didn't say anything. Her eye sight started getting a bit 'funny' so she closed her eyes*
