odd places (Japan's Forest)

*The doll smiled as more glowing marbles flowed from her bag and covered the ground.*

"I want to play with you." said the Doll

*Then the glowing marbles started exploding, causing fire to start and trees to collapse. A thick, black smoke arose from the forest fire as the Level 1 Akuma started for them shooting.*

*Kaele gasped, watching as the marbles grew in numbers and fire whisped around her. She knew she was okay from the flames with her Innocence protecting her, but she worried about Yan and Isaac. She didn't have the strength to protect another person including herself.*

*She didn't know what to do. She didn't need to figure out how to destroy the marbles, they were destroying themselves. She just had to dodge them. Kaele debated it for a while as she fought, but she figured that if she got hurt anymore, Yan would fight alone.*

Kanda! *Kaele hoped she was audible over the explosions and fire and the doll's persistent plead to play.* Kanda! It's Kaele! I need you to come help us! We're about 60 kilometers from Kyoto, in Otsu!! Please come, I'm injured and I don't know about Yan, and we have a finder here!

*Before she could continue, her golem was broken by a marble's explosion. Kaele prayed that Kanda heard.*

Let's play, "Destroy the Doll", Yan!! *Kaele screamed, feeling sort of cheesy for saying that type of thing. She made a note to herself to never say something so cheesy ever again.*

*Now some Jacks fell out of the Doll's bag and began growing in size.*

"My favorite game is Jacks. But you don't catch them. They catch you!" shouted the doll as the Jacks began glowing.

*The Jacks began spinning in all directions and began to fly into the air. Then they started flying toward the Exorcists and Finder.*





*Meanwhile, in the distance, the eye continued to watch from a distance. It then though it saw something and turned to catch a glimpse of Kanda's sword slicing it into pieces. He began running in the direction of the explosions.*

WHAT THE FRICK?! Jacks and marbles?! *Kaele screamed, incredulous. She whipped her arm again, but threw fire bombs this time. The bombs, all five together, only destroyed one Jack. Kaele was huffing from using the bombs, and she'd barely done anything.*

*She had made destroying the marbles second nature, and she was beginning to panic. The marbles and jacks seemed as if they'd never end, and Kaele was skeptical to if Kanda heard her plea. In the smoke, she couldn't see Yan or Isaac and was scared for their safety.*

Yan!! *She yelled, beginning to feel dizzy.* Isaac! *Kaele didn't know what to do, so she built up a scream.* KANDA! *She wished he could hear.*

*The explosions made Yan go flying into a tree and almost knocked her out wile she fell to the ground she tried to look up but when she did a marble exploded again but this time near the Akuma that was letting them lose*

"dame it" she said wile trying to stand on her feet, then a jacks appeared around her ready to do anything it seemed "Play time is over!!!" Yan yelled wile she killed the jacks around her and then jumped on to a tree branch then jumped over to the Akuma that was letting them loss and tried to cut it with one swing*

*Kaele jumped in the air to dodge an exploding marble, grabbing on to a branch with her hands. She hung there for a second or so before letting go and destroying a jack in the process. She saw Yan hit the tree and scream, and knew that they were both at the end of their ropes. Then, Kaele heard a familar slicing sound. She turned around on her heels to see Kanda take out three marbles and two jacks at the same time. Kaele could have fainted she was so happy.*

"Kanda! You came!" *Kaele exclaimed, changing the back of her arm into a blade and slicing through a marble with a glowing smile.*

*when Yan finely destroyed the Akuma it exploded and again made her go flying, but this time right in to Kanda unexpectedly wile Yan said "ugh"*

"Idiot! Get off of me!" *Kanda snapped, pushing Yan off. Kaele was over-reacting a little, dramatically making her eyes glitter. Even in her state of happy, she was still taking out marbles left and right. Kanda just rolled his eyes.*

*Kaele snapped out of whatever she'd fallen into, and threw a flame halo around her with her feet. She jumped over towards Yan.*

"You okay, Yan?"

*Wile kanda pushed her off she felt like a doll and said nothing until Kaele came over " Don't worry I'm fine . . thank you" Yan said wile standing up then turned to kanda and said "sorry for bumping in to you" she said wile she bowed wile ignoring the part that he called her and Idiot*

"Can't you two even take on a single Akuma?" growled Kanda as he sheathed Mugen, glancing toward the path ahead.

"the Akuma are not the problem it the man playing the flute like mine. . . . . kinda" Yan said as she garbed her flute and showed it to Kanda wile her sword was still in her hands looking at it, thinking if she played it will it over power him or, it gust might not work.*

"Feh. There's no time for excuses." spoke Kanda as he started walking down the path.

*He didn't even check to see if they were ok. His mind seemed to be on something else.*

*Yan sighed as she fallowed after him " is you name kanda by any chance?" she asked in thought*

"Hai," responded Kanda as he looked at the forest.

*Something was strange about this area, almost like they were being led somewhere no matter how they walked. He could have sworn he had been on this path before, despite him having just gotten there.*

"okay, . . but wait what about Isaac?"Yan asked looking around then saw bluet holes in the tree next to her, she then put her hand on it, then moved hear hand aside and looked throw the hole that was bigger then what an arrow would do*

"He's just a Finder. We'll get a new one when we return." Spoke Kanda as he continued following the trail.

"get another one?. . . . . how can you be so heartless?" Yan said wile running up in front of him "we have to look for him!" she yelled getting a bit angry with him*

"Feh." spoke Kanda in response to the 'heartless' comment, "Do what you want."

*He then continued forward after walking around Yang.*

"why do you act like is?" Yan said turning around to kanda as she watched him walk away "Did some one do the dame thing to you?" she asked wile tears started to form and started to think that thing were going to be hopeless Yan then looked down and tied her flute to her side, then turned, and look up to were Isaac was sub post to be then looked down again*

*Kaele searched for Isaac as Yan and Kanda walked away down one of the paths. She found him a sakura tree unconcious. She carried him on her back, even though he was almost too heavy for her to handle with a low-powered activation of her flames. She lost track of what path Kanda had gone down, taking Yan with him.*

"Ehh..." *Kaele mumbled, feeling a tension in the air. She felt that any path she went down would lead to the same place, so she headed towards some path with lots of spruce trees. She ran quickly, using her flames to boost her leg muscles to go faster. She found no trace of Kanda or Yan in the dense forrest.*

*There was an eerie silence as Kanda continued walking. But as he walked he saw Kaele up ahead. That was strange, he could have sworn he was walking away from their direction.*

*Kaele got slower and slower, and became visible to the naked eye. (She had been going to quick for that moments earlier.) Her wounds began to throb with enormous pain; Isaac's added body weight was going to take her down. She caught a dizzy glimpse of a young man who looked like Kanda far away, and set Isaac down beside her. She laid back against a tree, waiting for them to come. In the meantime, she was ripping up her white undershirt for bandages. She was only able to dress the major wound on her abdomen before she felt her conciousness slip in and out.*

*Kanda approached the two, seeing that they were both unconscious, or pretty close to it. He walked over to them and bandaged them up as well as he could. He recognized Kaele and remembered how she would constantly follow him at the Headquarters. He then picked them both up on his shoulders as he continued walking toward the path. What a burden. thought Kanda to himself as he continued. Though he'd been walking straight this entire time, Yang came into view. This forest was making them go in circles.*

"Hmph." *Kanda glanced behind him, and then looked forward again. Both ways didn't differ much in appearance, but ahead there was damage on the trees from the fight. Even though he'd been going forward the entire time, he came straight back to where he had started.*

"Oi! Baka!" *He said in his usual cold manner, calling out for Yan.* "Where is this?"

"I have a name" Yan shot back at kanda as she turned to him then saw kaele and Isaac on his shoulders then walked over to him "what do you mean?" Yan asked wile she deactivated her Innocince "do you want me to carry some one" she said knowing it was off topic*
